lofting is always fun, so much freedom. if you dont already. u should get into a lil capoeira. dont have to get deep into it. but im sure you will enjoy some of the foundations and basic movements.

i like the nick. i saw a Jackdaniels shirt bthat was black and white. i wanted the shirt just because it said I Know Jack on the front.

that was the only reason i wanted it..
